Vanaf 1 januari 2022 zijn regionale certificaten ALLEEN geldig in hetzelfde kalenderjaar.Elke atleet die verblijft in een land dat een regionaal certificaat vereist, moet deelnemen aan een regionale wedstrijd in zijn eigen land en moet een regionaal certificaat behalen voordat hij deelneemt aan een wedstrijd voor beroepskwalificatie overal ter wereld. Dit gewestcertificaat is slechts geldig tot 31 december 2022. In 2023 en elk jaar daarna moet deze atleet opnieuw deelnemen aan een regionale wedstrijd in zijn land om te voldoen aan de jaarlijkse eis van het regionale certificaat.Indien een atleet in een land verblijft met een regionale certificaatvereiste maar er in dat land tot later dit jaar geen regionale wedstrijden zijn, kan de atleet deelnemen aan een competitie voor beroepskwalificatie. oe waar in de wereld mits de kwalificatiewedstrijd de eerste regionale wedstrijd in zijn land wordt gehouden. Tout athlète qui réside dans un pays exigeant un certificat régional doit participer à un concours régional dans son pays et doit obtenir un certificat régional avant de participer à un concours de qualification professionnelle partout dans le monde. Ce certificat régional n’est valable que jusqu’au 31 décembre 2022. En 2023 et chaque année par la suite, cet athlète doit à nouveau participer à un concours régional dans son pays pour satisfaire à l’exigence annuelle du certificat régional.

Si un athlète réside dans un pays avec une exigence de certificat régional mais qu’il n’y a pas de compétitions régionales dans ce pays jusqu’à plus tard dans l’année, l’athlète peut participer à une compétition de qualification professionnelle n’importe où dans le monde à condition que la compétition de qualification professionnelle ait lieu avant la première Concours régional dans son pays. Lorsque ce concours régional a lieu, l’athlète ne peut participer à aucun autre concours de qualification professionnelle sans avoir obtenu au préalable un certificat régional de son pays.

Any athlete who resides in a country with a Regional Certificate requirement must compete in a Regional contest in his or her country and must obtain a Regional Certificate before competing in a Pro Qualifier contest anywhere in the world. This Regional Certificate is valid only until December 31, 2022.
